As our Payment Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. You will oversee daily account reconciliations, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and ensure the top-quality of our payment processes. By collaborating closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, you will maintain seamless cash flows, support operational excellence, and contribute to reliable financial reporting.
Your Tasks
- Perform daily reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with financial records
- You will be responsible for identifying investigating, and resolving variances or differences in financial data in a timely manner
- Act as a key point of contact for external customers, providing high-quality service and support
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve queries and streamline processes
- Manage and clarify ongoing changes in customer master data to ensure system integrity
- Cross-functional collaboration is essential. You will partner closely with adjoining departments, including Customer Success and Compliance, to ensure seamless workflows and compliance
Your Experience
- Experience in and understanding of modern payment infrastructures, regulatory compliance requirements, and operational financial processes
- A degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Business Law or similar is highly preferred
- While we will provide training, experience with SAP and Salesforce is a major plus. Familiarity with tools like Miro or Confluence is also desirable
- Business level German and English skills are required
