Purpose:
The Delivery Manager is responsible to lead the successful delivery of back office solutions (from Portal to CRM to ERP including integrations within the backoffice and with our platform solution) within our organization. This role will ensure that backoffice solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business needs. The Delivery Manager enables a predictable flow across back office systems by orchestrating planning, dependencies, and impediment removal—without owning backlogs—so squads hit outcomes with quality. The Delivery Manager tracks OpCo readiness plans and drive cross-company follow-up. The IT Delivery Manager will act as a bridge between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients to drive execution, innovation, and value delivery.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Delivery Manager to lead and organize our back-office project portfolio. You’ll set up and run our back-office PMO, support delivery teams, and make sure projects are well-managed, documented, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Portfolio Management
- Oversee our mix of technology and business improvement projects—prioritize, plan, and track progress.
- Create simple and clear processes for how projects are run and reported.
- Make sure teams use agreed tools and follow standards—help and coach as needed.
- Prepare and run project and portfolio meetings to keep everyone aligned.
- Keep in touch with operating companies about upcoming initiatives.
PMO Operations
- Manage PMO tasks: process updates, reporting, meeting notes, risk/issue oversight, and admin.
- Track progress, spot risks or delays, and escalate when needed to resolve issues fast.
- Ensure standards, compliance, and good documentation.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as an important link between business and CBO organization.
- Work with domain leads and architects to plan and scope projects.
- Quickly connect people to solve problems.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive improvements in project delivery process, tools, and reporting.
- Make processes simpler and documentation clearer.
- Make sure everything fits with overall company goals and systems.
Leadership
- Jump in to manage projects directly if needed.
- Coordinate across teams to keep everyone on track.
- Make complex things simple, create clarity and structure.
Who We’re Looking For

Practical, hands-on and proactive; strong communicator in both Dutch and English

Able to manage people and processes, and deliver clear results

Good at simplifying complex topics and ensuring transparency

Experience managing medium-to-large technology projects, ideally in international environments

Background with ERP/Business systems (Salesforce, Netsuite, etc.) a plus

Analytical, organized, and focused on solving issues without drama

Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proven experience as an IT Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree or certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or CSM preferred).
- Location: Based in the Netherlands, mainly covering Dutch, Belgian, and Swedish teams
