One of our clients is a globally recognized leader in the dairy industry. For this client, we are seeking a well-organized, ambitious professional working at the plant in Haps.
About the Role:
Are you an experienced sourcing professional with a strong background in Capex procurement and global stakeholder management? We are looking for an Assistant Manager to drive strategic sourcing initiatives and deliver impactful procurement outcomes in the FMCG sector.
- Supporting strategic sourcing & procurement programs for Capex category
- Driving client stakeholder engagement and ensuring seamless delivery
- Achieving key KPIs including cost savings, timely delivery, and quality execution
- Managing sourcing projects end-to-end, from planning to execution
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as SME for Capex sourcing, guiding teams and stakeholders
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, RFX processes, and project charters
- Lead supplier identification, evaluation, negotiation & contract management
- Drive spends optimization, supplier rationalization, and savings delivery
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements
- Leverage market intelligence to identify risks and opportunities
- Manage and mentor cross-functional and global teams
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering preferred)
- 4–7 years’ experience in Capex sourcing & procurement
- Strong experience with global clients/stakeholders
- Expertise in e-sourcing tools (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, etc.)
- Knowledge of contract management, negotiations & supplier markets
- Certification like CIPS / MCIPS / CPMS is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced MS Excel
