Your role & influence as OE Process Specialist
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for identifying and turning business challenges into AI-powered solutions that simplify ways of working, enhance customer experiences, and create measurable business value.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of enabling the successful adoption of AI and process innovation across the organization. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments across the business, partnering with process owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to bring ideas to life and ensure lasting impact.
Core activities:
Identify, analyze, and redesign business processes to uncover AI and automation opportunities that improve efficiency, customer experience, and operational performance.
Lead and support AI initiatives from pilot and testing through deployment and scaling, working closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and technology teams.
Monitor business impact, drive user adoption, and champion continuous improvement to ensure AI solutions deliver sustainable value across the organization.

You will receive €0.26 per kilometer travel allowance or a complete public transport compensation.

You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking
You have 3–8+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business analysis, consulting, transformation, or related roles.
AI, automation, digital transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
Driving pilot programs, implementation, adoption, and scaling of new technologies and ways of working.
