Job Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the local team

Handle office management tasks, including supplies, invoices, and documentation

Assist with HR-related administration (contracts, onboarding, records)

Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements

Support communication between the Netherlands office and headquarters

Maintain organized filing systems and ensure data accuracy
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in administration or office support

1–3 years of administrative experience preferred

Strong communication and coordination skills

Fluent in English; Dutch and/or Chinese is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Familiarity with HR or finance administrative processes
Salary Range: €2,800-3,000 per month
