Our Automotive OEM business holds a significant market share in Europe. We supply tires to virtually all major car manufacturers, and to support this business, we are looking for a dedicated OEM Supply Chain Coordinator to manage and coordinate supply chain operations.
What You Will Do as a Supply Chain Coordinator
Order & Supply Chain Coordination
- Receive and manage orders from automotive OEM customers.
- Plan and process purchase orders in coordination with internal systems and manufacturing plants.
- Manage the full order cycle from order intake through delivery and billing.
Billing & VAT Administration
- Handle OEM-related billing processes.
- Support VAT declaration and related administrative tasks in compliance with local regulations.
Inventory Management
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stable supply to OEM customers.
- Coordinate stock allocation based on customer demand and production planning.
Factory Communication & Scheduling
- Communicate closely with production plants to align manufacturing and delivery schedules.
- Adjust plans proactively based on production status and customer requirements.
Issue Resolution & Market Responsiveness
- Respond to supply chain challenges such as demand fluctuations, production delays, and logistics issues.
- Support contingency planning to ensure continuity of supply.
Systems & Tools
- SAP for order processing, planning, and billing.
- Microsoft Excel for reporting, planning, and operational coordination.
What We Are Looking For
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (HBO or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
- Relevant experience is preferred; candidates with 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or order management are highly favored.
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken & written).
Preferred / Advantage
- German language skills are a strong advantage.
- Experience working with automotive OEM customers.
- SAP experience.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
