To meet the strong growth in project realization and to maintain our high quality level, we are looking for reinforcement for our team. We are seeking an experienced work planner for realization, who has experience with garden construction in a higher segment. Someone who is organizationally strong, has a great affinity with greenery, and enjoys being involved both in the office and close to the execution.
Who are we looking for

Experience & Education – At least 5 years of experience in green, construction, or infrastructure and a completed MBO 4 education (e.g., horticulture training) or HBO (such as Van Hall Larenstein/HAS Green Academy).

Preparation & Coordination – You play a central role in the preparation and realization of projects: from analyzing and adapting designs, estimates, and drawings to providing technical input.

Project Management & Collaboration – Actively involved in construction teams, project visits, deliveries, and evaluations; you act as a connecting link between the office and execution.

Quality & Process Monitoring – You monitor progress, identify bottlenecks in a timely manner, and ensure the vision and quality of the design are maintained.

Technical & Detail-Oriented – Experienced in making detailed drawings and measurements, with in-depth knowledge of materials, planting, and techniques. Precision and perfectionism are your strengths.

Practical & Communicative – Flexible, independent team player with strong communication skills (NL/EN), residing in (or willing to travel to) the Waalwijk region, and in possession of a driver's license B.
