Your role
As a Global QHSSE Training Administrator, you are the operational backbone of the Fugro Academy’s QHSSE training portfolio. In this global position — reporting directly to the Global QHSSE Portfolio Manager — you ensure that classroom, virtual, and online training sessions are planned, communicated, and executed with precision.
You collaborate closely with trainers, Learning Partners, QHSSE teams, Fugro entities, and external training providers worldwide. Your ability to think ahead, communicate clearly, and solve challenges efficiently ensures that training runs smoothly and that our global workforce remains competent, compliant, and safe. You don’t just support training — you elevate the learning experience for thousands of colleagues across the globe.
You will be responsible for:
Training coordination — Planning, scheduling, and organizing training sessions, including communication, logistics, and virtual support. You make sure every learning moment lands with impact.
LMS administration — Managing enrollments, completions, attendance, and data quality in Workday Learning to keep our global learning ecosystem running smoothly.
Vendor management — Coordinating with external training providers, raising purchase orders, and managing cost recharges with accuracy and professionalism.
Reporting & compliance — Compiling monthly QHSSE training statistics and ensuring accurate, audit‑ready records that support global compliance.
Process improvement — Enhancing course communication and visualization in Workday Learning to improve clarity, engagement, and learner experience.
Stakeholder communication — Acting as a reliable point of contact for trainers, participants, Learning Partners, and Fugro entities worldwide, ensuring smooth collaboration and a positive learning journey.
What you bring along

A bachelor’s degree and excellent command of the English language.

Experience with QHSSE, training administration, LMS systems (preferably Workday Learning), and digital tools such as Excel, IFS, and web conferencing platforms.
