The EMEA Specialty Ingredients Technical Service team is looking for a Technical Scientist Extrusion based in the Wageningen innovation hub to support product development projects with technical expertise in the field of plant proteins for the food market, covering a broad space including low moisture extrusion, high moisture extrusion and other protein structuring technologies.
You will have the opportunity to work together with a skilled team of food application developers and scientists in our Customer Creation & Innovation Center in Wageningen, The Netherlands.
Our historical expertise in the fast-growing food segment has resulted in a broad portfolio of protein ingredients across soy, wheat and pea. We offer our technically advanced functional and extruded proteins and flavor capabilities to meet specific taste and texture needs.
