Corporate Account Manager
Job Mission
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a diverse portfolio of corporate accounts across the Netherlands. You will drive sustainable growth by delivering agreed profit, volume, distribution, and brand-building objectives for the Moët Hennessy portfolio. Through proactive customer relationship management, strategic sales execution, and a deep understanding of the Dutch market, you will expand our presence, build strong partnerships, and elevate the visibility and desirability of our Maisons within this region. In addition, the role includes selected account management and prospecting activities in Belgium to support cross-border business opportunities within the Benelux cluster
Responsibilities of the role
Account Management & Business Development
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of corporate accounts across the Netherlands, maintaining and optimizing commercial relationships through regular customer visits and day-to-day follow-up.
- Identify prospects and convert them into new accounts, building a strong network within the corporate channel.
- Manage selected account development and prospecting activities in Belgium, in addition to the core Netherlands scope, to support business growth across the Benelux cluster.
Sales Execution, Distribution & Visibility
- Implement sales, distribution, and brand image plans defined by Sales & Marketing at point of sale across the region.
- Guarantee optimal sales and portfolio presence in targeted accounts.
- Create brand exposure within the region and ensure strong visibility through in-outlet initiatives and support for special events.
- Explore expansion across the border to Belgium and investigate future opportunities in that region.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor volume development and maintain a high-quality client database.
- Analyse and monitor account performance and profitability versus objectives and budgeted contribution, proposing corrective actions when needed.
- Represent Moët Hennessy Benelux during events and trade moments in the Netherlands.
