We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Coordinator to join our Housekeeping team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who excels in administration, communication, and coordination while supporting the delivery of exceptional housekeeping standards.
About the Role
As Housekeeping Coordinator, you will be the central point of communication for the department, ensuring the efficient coordination of daily housekeeping operations. You will work closely with Housekeeping leadership, Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to support a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily housekeeping operations and room assignments
- Act as the primary communication link between Housekeeping and other departments
- Manage and update room status information accurately and efficiently
- Handle departmental correspondence, records, and administrative tasks
- Monitor and track guest requests, lost and found items, and maintenance issues
- Support inventory control and ordering of housekeeping supplies
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and payroll administration as required
- Ensure all departmental documentation is maintained accurately and confidentially

- Previous experience in a housekeeping, front office, or administrative role within hospitality
