Quality Control Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to support warehouse and operational processes in a fast-paced logistics environment. In this role, you will help ensure smooth daily operations, maintain quality standards, support testing and training activities, and assist with process improvements and troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a good understanding of warehouse and inbound logistics processes.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation and execution of test cases and operational work packages
- Assist with the development and delivery of training programs
- Plan and integrate test execution into daily warehouse operations
- Ensure all requirements for test preparation are completed
- Report uncertainties, technical issues, or operational problems immediately
- Prepare backup and contingency procedures
- Support meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up activities
- Maintain accurate reporting and communication using established filing systems
- Plan, manage, and monitor container unloading processes
- Support container handling and goods flow operations
- Monitor and manage special operational workflows
- Provide timely reporting to stakeholders regarding IT, technical, or process-related issues
- Ensure staff availability for palletizing and pallet movement activities
- Support scheduling and operational planning
- Ensure operational tasks and resources are properly secured
- Train employees on processes, procedures, and quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges
- Implement and maintain contingency plans
- Support Go-Live and post-Go-Live operational activities
- Document errors and escalate issues when necessary
- Participate in regular operational meetings and performance reviews
- Monitor productivity and operational performance
Requirements
- Basic technical understanding
