In this role you have a critical business‑partnering role, supporting the CFO and senior management by transforming complex financial and operational data into actionable insights, forward‑looking forecasts, and decision‑ready dashboards. The role goes beyond reporting and focuses on strategic planning, financial transparency, forecast accuracy, cost control, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, integrate, and transform financial and non‑financial data from multiple sources.
- Design and maintain robust data models supporting reporting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reports for management. Support budgeting, rolling forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Provide financial and operational insights to support strategic decision‑making.
- Act as a trusted analytical business partner to the CFO and senior stakeholders.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Continuously improve data quality, automation, and reporting efficiency.
- HBO / WO thinking and working level;
- MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills include Power Query and Power Pivot.
- Excellent hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization).
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Experience with both financial and non-financial datasets.
- Experience in complex, project-driven or corporate environments.
- Knowledge of R and Python for data analysis, modeling, or automation is preferred.
