As Partner Success Manager, you will support and grow SoftwareOne’s partner channel with a clear focus on Microsoft Azure, including Data & AI and Microsoft Fabric. This entry-level role is designed for someone who wants to learn quickly, build trusted partner relationships, and develop into an Azure-focused specialist through the Microsoft SureStep program.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for selected partners, helping them with initial questions and regular follow-up
- Run monthly partner conversations focused on Microsoft partnership progress, key projects, and Azure opportunities
- Connect partner projects to relevant Microsoft funding, incentives, assessments, and go-to-market support
- Learn how to qualify Azure, Data & AI, and Fabric opportunities, including workload assessments and migration readiness
- Support partners in building and growing their Azure and Fabric practices
- Track partner activity, pipeline, progress, and results in CRM and agreed reporting tools
What we need to see from you
- Motivation to learn Microsoft Azure, cloud technology, and the Microsoft partner ecosystem
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
- Curiosity, ownership, and a proactive approach to learning and asking questions
- Interest in commercial conversations, partner success, and technology-driven growth
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trust with partners and colleagues
- Completed education at MBO, HBO, or university level, or equivalent practical background
