As a Business Support Specialist, you focus on optimizing and improving system-driven processes, with a strong emphasis on Warehouse Management Systems and collaboration with IT. You play a key role in managing change requests, testing system improvements, and supporting project implementations.
- Manage and coordinate WMS-related change requests in collaboration with IT and stakeholders;
- Analyze business and operational needs and translate them into system and process improvements;
- Execute and support testing of system changes to ensure quality and performance;
- Participate in and support projects related to system implementations and optimizations;
- Act as a key point of contact between operations, IT, and external stakeholders.

- A gross monthly salary between € 2.560 – € 4.164 based on 40 hours, depending on your experience;

We’re looking for an analytical and proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic, international logistics environment.
- Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Logistics, Technology, Business Administration, or similar;
- Fluent in English;
- Experience and affinity with IT systems (ERP/WMS);
- Strong analytical skills and interest in logistics, engineering, and automation;
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Visio);
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Lean) is a plus;
- Available fulltime (40 hours);
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
