We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to grow our presence in Benelux. As Country Head, you will play a pivotal role leading the local team, driving strategy, growth, and long-term success in this key market.
The primary responsibility of this role is to achieve and exceed the sales and profit targets of ZO Skin Health’s Benelux business. This will be accomplished by developing and leading the sales organization, implementing effective marketing and educational strategies, building a robust digital strategy, and overseeing operational processes. You will manage the full P&L and build a strong affiliate organization capable of sustaining ambitious growth in Benelux.
This position is a key member of the EMEA management team, reporting directly to the Senior VP EMEA.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and profit expectations
- Create a vision, set ambition, define strategy and propose budget and supportive organization needed to grow the ZO Skin Health business in the Benelux
- Develop tactics, identify opportunities, set priorities, maximize sales and profit as per budget and in line with the long term vision
- Monitor KPI’s to identify and implement performance-based improvements and new strategic initiatives, providing monthly reports to EMEA Management as well as ZO Skin Health Corporate
- Develop local marketing strategy, with a clear position and the ZO Skin Health and maintain the ZO Skin Health way of doing business
- Develop educational strategy, implement this in good cooperation between agent and trainer and with clear targeted accounts.
- Build strong engagement and relationships with key customers, opinion leader and other stakeholders
- Develop and coach all staff under your supervision
- Manage pipeline generation, accurate sales forecasting and accurate stock management.
- Identify new KOLs + manage relationships with current ones, coordinating with ZO Skin Health corporate on how to best leverage
- In collaboration with local team, coordinate + organize all international events on the region (trade shows, seminars, etc.)
- Make sure that the brand has a strong presence in key regional or local congresses (lectures, scientific program, etc.)
- Being the brand ambassador for ZO Skin Health Benelux
- Partner with cross-functional and inter department teams
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s or university degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Sales & Marketing/Country Head experience is mandatory
- Sales management experience is mandatory
- Skin care industry experience is mandatory
- Knowledge of aesthetics market is preferred
- Proven excellence in leadership and execution
