Swire Renewable Energy is looking for skilled Electrical Technicians to join upcoming onshore wind projects across Europe, including Vestas pre-assembly projects in Denmark and retrofit campaigns in the Netherlands.
Requirements for Vestas Pre-Assembly Projects (Denmark):

2–3 years of electrical experience in the wind industry, preferably Vestas

Full GWO BST + BTT Electrical & Hydraulic
-
LOTO 2 (Electrical) & Electrical Safety (Ordinary/Qualified Person)
-
Safe Torque & Tension
-
Lift User (including Avanti systems)
-
Forklift / Telehandler
-
ActSafe Power Ascender & Stop the Drop
-
Valid passport & driver’s license, with the right to work in the EU
-
Good English communication skills (verbal & written)
Additional requirements for Retrofit Campaigns (Netherlands):

GWO Enhanced First Aid

GWO Advanced Rescue Training

GWO BTT Full: Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Bolting & Installation

Main responsibilities:
-
Install, connect, and route electrical components of wind turbines, including cables, cabinets, sensors, transformers, and control systems

Perform electrical assembly, retrofit, pre-assembly, and installation activities in factory and site environments

Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, testing, and verification of electrical systems according to project procedures and safety standards
-
Carry out maintenance, replacement, and repair of electrical components when required
-
Support commissioning and functional checks to ensure proper turbine operation
-
Follow LOTO, electrical safety, and quality procedures at all times
-
Collaborate with supervisors, coordinators, and operational teams to complete tasks safely and within project deadlines
-
Maintain high safety and housekeeping standards in dynamic working environments
