We are looking for an Agentforce Engineer to help design and implement next-generation Salesforce solutions powered by Agentforce, Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud), and modern AI architectures.
In this role, you will combine strong Salesforce engineering expertise with AI and data capabilities to build intelligent agents, automate complex workflows, and enable new customer experiences. A key part of this role will involve leveraging Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud) to ground AI agents using enterprise data, including approaches such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
You will work closely with consultants, architects, and clients to transform business challenges into scalable AI-driven Salesforce solutions.

AI & Agentforce Engineering

Design and implement Agentforce-powered AI solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem

Build intelligent agents capable of supporting customer service, sales, and operational processes

Implement agent grounding strategies using enterprise data sources
Data & AI Architecture

Leverage Data 360 to unify customer data and support AI-powered decision-making

Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approaches to enable agents to retrieve and reason over business data

Design scalable data architectures that support AI agents and automation
Salesforce Development

Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, APIs, and platform integrations

Translate business requirements into robust technical architectures and implementations

Ensure performance, maintainability, and scalability of Salesforce solutions
Client Collaboration

Work closely with customers to understand business challenges and validate requirements

Educate clients on the capabilities and practical applications of AI within Salesforce

Present and demonstrate solution architectures aligned with available technology
Innovation & Knowledge Sharing

Stay up to date with the rapidly evolving Salesforce AI ecosystem

Contribute to Nextview’s internal capabilities around Agentforce, AI architecture, and intelligent automation
