What we ask
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or packaging/process technology
- >5 years of experience in CAPEX projects (experience in food， pharma， or process industry is a plus)
- Solid technical foundation in packaging and/or process equipment， piping， instrumentation and construction
- Track record in delivering projects on time， within budget， and with a strong focus on safety & quality
- Experience with leading multidisciplinary teams and working on-site during construction/commissioning
- Familiarity with gate-based project methodologies (WWW， PPM， Principal Toolbox)
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Willingness to travel within NL/BE

Vacancy description
As a Technical Project Manager / Engineer， you deliver capital investment projects from concept to operational handover.
For €1–10M projects， you will:
- Own the full project scope: business case， engineering， procurement， construction， commissioning
- Lead daily project controls， risk management， and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure safe， efficient， and high-quality project delivery
For larger €10–100M projects， you will:
- Serve as engineering lead
- Take responsibility for specific technical work packages under a Senior Project Manager
- Challenge design choices， coordinate contractors， and ensure compliance with safety & technical standards
You work closely with stakeholders across Operations， R&D， QA/SHE， Maintenance， and Commercial teams. You help maintain momentum， ensure alignment， and build strong relationships. You also coach colleagues and contribute to the continuous improvement of our project delivery processes.
