About the role.
The Manager Snacking International Core plays a key role in driving strategic initiatives to enhance growth, profitability, and operational excellence across the international snacking portfolio. This position is responsible for managing core product lines, ensuring alignment with global brand strategies, and delivering impactful innovation that meets evolving consumer needs across diverse markets. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and effective execution to achieve business objectives.
What you’ll be doing.
Oversee the international snacking core portfolio, including Value Engineering, Good Food initiatives, and Product Stewardship
Monitor product performance and implement strategies to optimize profitability and market share
Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with global objectives
Identify margin improvement opportunities through market analysis, consumer insights, and competitive benchmarking
Lead product renovation projects to meet changing consumer preferences
Collaborate with R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Supply Chain to deliver successful product launches and improvements
Act as a key liaison between global and regional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution
Analyze KPIs, supplier data, and competitive performance to inform decision-making
Prepare and present reports and insights to senior R&D and Procurement leadership
Develop and coach team members, ensuring strong performance management, fair project allocation, and continuous development through KPI reviews and PDPs
What you’ll need to be successful.
Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
Experience within the food industry, including raw materials, product and process development
Proven experience managing teams and delivering Value Engineering projects using project management principles
Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced new product development (NPD) environment
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operational environments
Demonstrated track record of delivering results and driving business impact
Strong communication skills, with experience engaging at senior levels across functions
Highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to inspire others
Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented and lateral thinking approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
About the team.
You will be part of the Global Snacking R&D team, working closely with cross-functional partners including Procurement, Marketing, Supply Chain, and regional teams. The role reports to the VP R&D Global Snacking and contributes to delivering strategic initiatives across international markets while supporting team development and growth ambitions.
