Key Responsibilities
- Small-Team Support: Guide, coordinate, and work alongside a close-knit team of warehouse operatives. Act as the go-to person on the floor for daily questions and task allocation.
- Daily Fulfillment Operations: Oversee the day-to-day goods in/out, ensuring accurate order processing, precise picking/packing, and proper packaging and labeling for various client brands.
- SLA & Performance Compliance: Maintain our commitment to a "Perfect Order Rate" by ensuring high picking accuracy and meeting daily courier dispatch deadlines.
- Hands-on Execution: Lead by example by actively participating in daily tasks, including using handheld scanners, managing inventory, and assisting with unloading shipping containers.
- WMS & Inventory Management: Utilize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Google Workspace to track real-time inventory, manage stock, and minimize "Dock-to-Stock" turnaround times.
- Process Improvement & Safety: Identify bottlenecks and suggest continuous improvement ideas to enhance efficiency. Enforce strict warehouse organization and safety standards.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Use your initiative to resolve minor daily discrepancies, optimize warehouse organization, and maintain a safe, clean working environment.
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
- Experience: Solid experience in a warehouse environment (preferably e-commerce or 3PL), with the readiness or proven ability to step up and coordinate a small team.
- Warehouse Expertise: Deep understanding of core warehouse processes: goods in/out, order fulfillment, stock management, and dispatch.
- Initiative & Autonomy: A strong ability to work independently, anticipate daily needs on the floor, and solve problems proactively.
- Communication & Languages: Excellent interpersonal skills to support a diverse team and collaborate effectively with the Warehouse Manager. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch is highly preferred.
- Technical Literacy: Proficient with handheld scanners, modern Warehouse Management Software (WMS), and Google Workspace.
- Physical Fitness: Fit and healthy; physical fitness is essential to maintain high energy levels during active shifts and safely support the team with manual labor when required.
Nice to Have
- Valid Forklift Truck License (Counter Balance / Reach Truck).
- Knowledge of material handling techniques and lean warehouse best practices.

- Type of Employment: Full-time, Mon-Fri 08:00 - 16:30
- Location: Tilburg (Conveniently located just a 6-minute cycle ride or 24-minute walk from the train station).
