Classical craft meets digital fluency. Human judgment at the center of AI-native design.
What are you going to do?
We're looking for a product designer who is, first and foremost, a brilliant maker, someone with the eye of an art director and the instincts of a visual designer, who understands digital and product design at a deep level. You'll sit alongside our product designers, who skew more toward UX, and alongside our other art directors; you'll raise the visual and craft ceiling of everything we ship.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to keep doing what they're already doing or outsource their craft to prompt-to-prototype AI design tools. We're building a different way of working that combines the best of people and AI, and we want someone genuinely excited about it, not just tolerant of it.
Additional tasks:
-
Own visual and motion craft on the work that matters most: art direction, interface design, typography, motion, and the detail that separates good from exceptional. Set the bar, and help others reach it.
-
Help complete our transition to AI-native design: spec-driven design and development, where the hard human thinking happens up front. You'll build the scaffolding agentic workflows run on, the systems, specifications, and design intent that let AI accelerate execution.
-
Help shape how the wider team adopts spec-driven, AI-native workflows, not just applying this way of working to your own output but influencing how others on the team pick it up.
-
Structure Figma so designs are tokenized and machine-readable, and work comfortably within a Git-based workflow.
-
Vibe-code your way to an idea: prototyping to a working artifact rather than stopping at a static mockup. You don't need to be a developer, but you're comfortable around code and coders.
-
Work closely with strategy, design, and development, and present and articulate direction to senior stakeholders and clients with clarity and conviction.
Who are we looking for?
Someone with 6+ years as a senior designer, ideally in an agency context, with a portfolio that shows both classical design sensibility and real product depth.
As a person, you bring:
-
An understanding of the role motion design plays in craft.
-
Fluency with AI prototyping tools: you can drop into code yourself rather than relying on a prompt for every change.
-
Comfort with component-based design systems and Git-based workflows.
-
Experience working in teams and with senior clients.
You may be feeling constrained where you are now, frustrated that you can't move at the speed your ideas deserve, or that there's no real appetite for new ways of working. You see what AI makes possible, and you want to work somewhere that takes that potential as seriously as you do.
About the team
We have an innovation mindset and want to work with and for the bold and the brave. We're genuinely excited about what AI opens up for design, and we want people who feel the same way. We're not an agency trying to replace human craft with machine output. We're one that bets the real opportunity is to amplify exceptional people, not automate them away. We're inventing the next generation of Intelligent Experiences, and we're looking for the best people to help us do it.

Experience working in cross-functional teams and presenting to senior clients.
Pre:
-
Prior experience structuring Figma libraries for tokenized, machine-readable design systems.
