As an Operational Buyer, you are the key player in the daily procurement process. You ensure that materials, components, and services are available at the right time, allowing our engineers and project teams to proceed seamlessly. You support the purchasing department in executing and securing the operational procurement process. You process and monitor orders, maintain contact with suppliers, and proactively liaise with internal stakeholders such as engineering, planning, and project management. In the case of deviations or delivery issues, you take the initiative and actively contribute to finding solutions. Thanks to your structured approach, procurement processes run smoothly, and we maintain control over delivery times and continuity. Your tasks: - Reviewing, processing, and following up on order confirmations - Monitoring delivery times and coordinating with suppliers and internal colleagues - Identifying and resolving delivery problems - Handling and coordinating returns - Implementing order changes for technical adjustments - Discussing rescheduling with suppliers and correctly processing these changes in the ERP system
