We are looking for an experienced
Site Administrator to join our mission critical projects in
Boxmeer. STS Group is a market-leading Electrical and Instrumentation contractor, working mostly on mission-critical projects for blue-chip clients. We are part of the Dussman Group, a privately owned, large-scale integrated facility management specialist headquartered in Berlin. We have a substantial pipeline of work ahead of us and need more skilled professionals to support successful delivery for our clients.
The Opportunity
As our next
Site Administrator, you will support the day-to-day running of the site by maintaining accurate project records and coordinating site documentation. Working closely with the site management team, you will manage drawings, permits, and registers from project commencement through to handover, helping ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Some of the Key Tasks
- Manage site documentation and compliance, including permits, airport-specific training records, BCAR documentation, submittals, method statements, risk assessments, and O&M manuals.
- Support procurement and commercial activities, assisting with pricing, ordering, and project-related administration.
- Coordinate workforce administration, including timekeeping, payroll submissions, expense tracking, and apprentice training schedules.
- Provide administrative support to site teams, preparing reports, meeting minutes, letters, and completing required forms.
- Collaborate across project teams, maintaining accurate records and supporting day-to-day site operations as required.
Who We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in site administration or a similar support role within a construction or engineering environment.
- Familiar with managing documents, site records, good organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems (e.g., Viewpoint, SharePoint, Aconex), with the ability to learn new processes quickly.
- Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and communicate effectively with site teams in a fast-paced project environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of written and spoken English and German.
- Candidates must have the appropriate work authorisation for Frankfurt
