As Multicatmaster, you take ownership of production output, ensure smooth coordination with project teams, and safeguard our high QHSE standards. Your main tasks will include:
- Supervise and manage all activities onboard carrying final responsibility in order to make optimal production/project output possible in close cooperation with other equipment, company management and clients (on- and offshore);
- Guide, supervise, motivate and train your crew in consultation with operational supervisor(s) and in accordance with the relevant personnel policy, to create and safeguard a positive working atmosphere;
- Ensure full compliance with safety and environmental regulations onboard as well as the maintenance of the assigned equipment;
- Oversee (long term) maintenance planning in collaboration with our Fleet department;
- Act as the main point of contact for local authorities and service agencies.
