As a Sales Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers exploring Tesla’s cutting-edge Full Self-Driving capabilities. What You'll Do-
Lead Co-Pilot Full Self-Driving test drives with customers, showcasing Tesla’s autonomous technology through safe, engaging, and informative experiences.

Drive Full Self-Driving adoption by creatively promoting test drives, ensuring customers grasp the future of driving.

Identify and nurture leads during store visits and events, building a pipeline through proactive engagement.

Deliver exceptional service by addressing customer questions, understanding needs, overcoming objections, and highlighting Tesla’s unique value.

Collaborate closely with the sales team and cross-functional departments to align strategies and ensure a unified customer experience.

Maintain a positive, professional attitude at all times, reflecting Tesla’s values and commitment to excellence in every interaction.
What You'll Bring-
Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

Strong (or quickly learnable) knowledge of Tesla’s vehicles.

Ability to communicate information in a clear, easy-to-understand way.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in Dutch & English.
