Position Overview
We are seeking a Petroleum Coordinator to oversee and manage daily petroleum operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, suppliers, and internal teams. The Petroleum Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Petro Bidoops BV’s reputation for excellence in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate petroleum operations including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of petroleum transactions, contracts, and operational data.
- Support safety initiatives, quality assurance, and environmental compliance.
- Prepare reports on petroleum operations performance and recommend improvements.
- Assist in organizing meetings, audits, and industry reviews.
- Ensure compliance with Netherlands’ petroleum regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Energy Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in petroleum coordination, logistics, or energy operations.
- Strong knowledge of petroleum industry processes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and industry-specific management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
