Are you looking for a logistics role with fixed daytime working hours and a direct contract with the employer? Monster Group BV in Venlo is looking for a Returns Logistics Assistant to strengthen our warehouse team.
What do we offer?
- A direct contract with Monster Group BV;
- Salary starting from €15.00 per hour;
- A full-time position (40 hours per week);
- Part-time opportunities from 28 hours per week;
- Fixed working hours: Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:30;
- No evening or weekend shifts;

What will you do?
- Process returned goods and shipments that could not be delivered or were returned by customers or couriers;
- Register and process returns in the TMS/WMS system;
- Inspect returned packages and assess the condition of products;
- Determine the appropriate next steps for returned items;
- Maintain daily contact with the Customer Service department to resolve return-related questions and issues;
- Support outbound shipments when required;
- Ensure a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
What are we looking for?
- MBO level of working and thinking (equivalent to vocational education level);
- A practical, hands-on mentality;
- Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management is an advantage;
- You work accurately and have a strong eye for detail;
- You take responsibility for your work;
- You are proactive and able to work independently;
- You remain calm and flexible during busy periods;
- You enjoy being physically active throughout the workday;
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written;
- Good computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office.
