are bringing the human sense of touch to robots and virtual worlds.
We’re looking for an organized and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our Production Team in the day-to-day assembly, repair, and shipment of SenseGlove products. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will be responsible for ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and according to plan while maintaining high quality standards. You will combine operational leadership with hands-on production work and play a key role in scaling and continuously improving our manufacturing processes.
Position Overview:
At SenseGlove, we build advanced haptic gloves that bring touch to virtual and robotic worlds. Our technology is used globally for VR training, research, and tele-operation of robots. As Production Supervisor, you will oversee production planning, inventory management, supplier coordination, quality, and team leadership while actively supporting the assembly of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operations of the Production Team and ensure production targets are achieved
- Develop monthly, weekly, and daily production plans based on sales forecasts
- Perform capacity planning, resource allocation, and identify production bottlenecks
- Supervise, coach, and develop the Production Team, including onboarding, training, hiring, and annual performance reviews
- Participate in the assembly of SenseGlove products and develop internal and external assembly instructions
- Coordinate shipping priorities with Sales and ensure products are ready according to schedule
- Manage inventory levels, material availability, purchasing, and supplier communication
- Support supplier selection, qualification, procurement, and manufacturing feasibility during product development
- Monitor production KPIs, efficiency, repairs, and rework rates, and report findings to the CTO
- Ensure production readiness by maintaining tools, workstations, test equipment, assembly instructions, approved suppliers, and released BOMs
- Maintain an organized, efficient, and safe production environment while driving continuous process improvements
- Coordinate repairs, monitor recurring issues, escalate supplier-related problems, and train team members on repair procedures
- Ensure production quality standards are maintained and support the implementation of applicable ISO processes
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience leading or coordinating production or manufacturing activities
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize production tasks
- Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment and participating in product assembly
- Experience with inventory management, procurement, and supplier communication
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach and develop team members
- Analytical mindset with experience monitoring production performance and driving process improvements
- Familiarity with manufacturing documentation, assembly instructions, and production workflows
- Knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards is a plus
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to make day-to-day operational decisions independently
- Motivated to contribute to the production of innovative robotics and haptic technology products
- Available from September 2026
