Your role:
As a customer solution representative, you will create a positive and impactful experience for our customers and builds relationships with customers that nurture commitment and cultivate a long-lasting loyalty.
You work in the customer service team who assists our customers by phone and by e-mail throughout the order process for our Dutch speaking territories. You work daily in Dutch and in English.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Daily work with sales representatives, logistics departments and warehouses.
- Manage phone or email queries from prospects and customers
- Management of orders for customers on your territories (reception and registration of orders on ERP Sage X3) and follow up until the delivery of the goods
- Preparation of quotes
- Management of the after-sales service
- Information to our customers about products, stock, prices, delivery time, invoices, status of their orders, etc.
- Export: follow up with containers shipment, formalities/custom documents, international payments (documentary credit, bill of exchange)
- Claim management: primary contact for our customers, and liaise with internal teams to reach adequate solutions
- Organization of transportation in special cases
- You work on building a good relationship with the existing customers
- You spot and analyse your prospects’/customers’ needs and suggest tailored solutions
Your profile:
- You have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in an industry or in a sales administration or logistic department. A first experience in sales is a plus.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, any additional European language is an asset
- You have a very good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel and you are familiar with ERP systems

- You can anticipate the problems of your customers, analyse them, and propose suitable solutions
