Do you want to help make Holie’s one of the most talked-about food brands in Europe? We’re looking for an Influencer Marketeer who knows exactly how to turn creators into brand fans, trends into reach, and campaigns into conversation.
Within our Marketing team we’re looking for our first Influencer Marketeer. Not someone who "manages influencers". But someone who lives and breathes internet culture. A relationship builder who spots the right creator before they blow up, knows how to pitch a collab that feels natural, and understands that the best influencer content never looks like an ad. The focus for the role is on The Netherlands, but you will also support influencer and creator projects across international markets.
Influencer campaigns: You come up with unexpected, culture-driven concepts that people actually want to watch, save and share.
Creator outreach: You find creators before everyone else does. From Gymtok and foodie creators to niche internet personalities. You manage the full creator journey, covering briefing, gifting, and negotiations, while building relationships that extend beyond a single post.

Customer communication: You’re the voice behind our brand online: responding to DM’s, joining comment sections, and connecting with people who mention us online.
Consumer insights: You measure results, track impact and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance and learnings.
2+ years of experience in influencer, social or creator marketing.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Feel for pop culture: You spend a little too much time online. Instagram, TikTok, internet culture, trends, you don't just consume it, you understand it. You can tell the difference between creators with reach and creators with influence.
Creative: You think creatively, spot opportunities others miss and constantly bring fresh ideas to the table.

Organizational skills: Juggling campaigns, creators, deadlines and details doesn't stress you out, it's where you do your best work.
Diversity of work: No two days look the same. One moment you're sourcing creators and negotiating fees, the next you're writing the funniest reply in our comment section or answering fanmail in our Instagram DMs. Somewhere in between, pitching your next big idea to the team.
Collaborative team: You won’t be alone in this. You will report to the Brand Manager, and work closely together with the creative team. We like to keep the lines short, fast and dynamic.
