Some recruiters wait for assignments to land on their desk. You go out and create them. As an International 360 Recruiter in Hero’s Incubator team, you do everything: find the client, understand the need, source the right interim professional, and make the match happen. All of this across European markets, from a prime office at Schiphol.
This is not a role within an established machine. Hero’s international expansion is an Incubator initiative, which means you are building the engine while flying the plane. Together with a compact team of five, you are proving that Hero’s proposition can travel beyond Dutch borders. That takes guts, creativity, and the kind of ownership that only a true 360 professional brings to the table.
Hero grows at 30 to 40 percent per year and serves over 2.000 interim professionals. The company has already proven it can scale nationally. Now the question is: can it scale internationally? Your answer to that question matters.
What You Will Do
-
Develop new business relationships with international clients through outreach, networking, and referrals
-
Conduct job specification intakes and translate client needs into effective search strategies
-
Source, screen, and present interim professionals who match the brief and exceed expectations
-
Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake to placement to aftercare
-
Build long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates across multiple European countries
-
Help shape and refine the international recruitment playbook as the team learns and grows
-
Share progress in daily end‑of‑day updates to keep the team tight and focused
This Is You
You are a true 360 recruiter who can switch between a commercial pitch and a candidate conversation without missing a beat. Your English is fluent, and you speak at least one other European language with confidence. Dutch? A definite plus, but not a deal breaker.
Experience in the recruitment industry is essential. You know how placements work, how to manage a pipeline, and how to close on both sides of the table. But more than experience, we are looking for character. This is an Incubator team, which means there is no established path to follow. You need to be comfortable with uncertainty and excited about creating something new.

Bachelor or Master level of thinking and working
-
Proven recruitment industry experience (hard requirement)
-
Fluent English plus at least one other European language
-
Strong in both business development and candidate management
-

-
Available for 40 hours per week, fully on‑site at Schiphol
