Junior Project Manager
Workforce Housing International (WHI) is growing fast across Europe! We are currently looking for a detail‑oriented, proactive Junior Project Manager to join our Amsterdam team. In this position, you will work closely with our Senior Account Manager to deliver top-tier, high‑quality accommodation solutions for our international corporate clients.
This position is ideal for an organized professional who thrives on research, structured problem‑solving, and working in a fast‑moving environment where every project brings a unique set of challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive specialized project briefs from the Senior Account Manager and translate them into actionable sourcing requirements.
- Conduct structured market research to identify and evaluate suitable accommodation options that align with client criteria.
- Prepare comparative overviews detailing suitability, pricing, availability, and critical project considerations.
- Handle contracts, drive pricing negotiations, and maintain professional communication with various accommodation providers.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client files, contracts, and project documentation.
- Ensure all client specifications (location, budget, capacity, facilities, and timelines) are met to the highest standard.
- Monitor ongoing project milestones, identify potential delivery risks, and escalate issues to leadership in a timely manner.

- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable conducting detailed research, comparing complex options, and making data-driven recommendations.
- Attributes: Detail‑oriented, reliable with follow-ups, positive, proactive, and eager to master new skills.
- Languages: Fluent in English (command of additional European languages is considered a strong plus).
- Location: Able to work from our Amsterdam office.
