The Global Digital Marketing team is transforming how Tommy Hilfiger shows up as a brand platform across digital channels - connecting global brand and product concepts to smart, channel-native execution across every digital consumer touchpoint.
We deliver connected consumer journeys that bring brand and commerce together across e-commerce, media, and CRM - driving growth, relevance, and conversion. As the global digital hub and Centre of Excellence, we set the standards, frameworks, and guidelines that enable regions to execute with clarity and consistency - raising the bar for digital storytelling and brand experience globally.
We are a newly established team on an ambitious journey, building foundations, shaping ways of working, and setting a new standard for digital execution across markets.
Position Summary
The Director, Global Digital Marketing leads the team responsible for seasonal consumer journey design and channel planning - translating global brand and business priorities into integrated frameworks that regions can execute against with clarity and confidence.
You will develop and manage a small team marketers, hold senior stakeholder relationships across the global matrix, and drive strategic momentum through four full seasonal planning cycles.
This is a maternity cover role running until August 2027. We are looking for someone who can step in with authority, earn trust quickly, and lead with both strategic perspective and strong delivery instincts.

Digital Strategy & Growth

Shape and advance global digital strategy for the function, connecting channel innovation and growth opportunities to the next chapter of the PVH+ plan and keeping the team's roadmap tied to broader brand growth goals.

Position Global Digital Marketing as a forward-looking Centre of Excellence - identifying new tools, formats, and approaches that raise the bar for digital execution across markets.
Seasonal Strategy, Consumer Journey Planning & Team Leadership

Hold overall accountability for seasonal consumer journey planning, translating global brand and business priorities into integrated, channel-native frameworks and guidelines.

Lead and develop the Global Digital Marketing team (3 direct reports) through this work - creating clarity on priorities, supporting individual contributors, and maintaining a high-performance culture grounded in quality and continuous improvement.

Guide the team in defining digital journeys and channel plans across e-commerce, media, and CRM - balancing brand elevation with commercial performance.

Drive continuous improvement through performance data, regional feedback, and innovation pilots.
Stakeholder Management & Operational Excellence

Serve as the senior point of contact for the function, representing the team to CMO-level stakeholders, regional leadership, and cross-functional partners across Brand, Product, Media, CRM, UX, and regions.

Own the relationship with our digital agency partner, driving growth and ensuring strategic direction is clearly communicated and delivered against.

Streamline and oversee the briefing process across internal teams and agency partners - reviewing and signing off on briefs to ensure clarity of direction and output.

Own the function's budget, ensuring investment is allocated effectively and tracked with discipline across projects and seasons.

Drive delivery across complex, multi-stakeholder projects - managing timelines, dependencies, and decision-making with confidence, while partnering with seasonal leads and channel stakeholders to remove friction and improve ways of working across the matrix.

Experience & Background

10+ years in digital marketing strategy

Proven experience leading teams in complex, global matrix organizations

Strong track record of managing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives end-to-end

Solid understanding of digital consumer journeys and how channels work together to drive brand and commercial performance

Experience in both Global and Regional roles within brand matrix organizations preferred

Experience building or scaling a function and/or team within a large organization
