Als Junior Hotel Manager ben jij medeverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie van ons hotel. Je zorgt dat alles soepel loopt — van tevreden gasten tot een goed draaiend team. Je stuurt collega’s aan, bent het aanspreekpunt voor housekeeping en leveranciers, en houdt de kwaliteit scherp in de gaten. Je werkt met MEWS voor planning en rapportages. Je hoeft niet alles al te weten, maar je bent leergierig, proactief en weet hoe je dingen afmaakt.
- Enige relevante werkervaring, bijvoorbeeld in horeca, retail of een andere klantgerichte omgeving;
- Bekend met het MEWS property management systeem;
- Een aanpakker met humor en goede energie;
- Een sterke communicator die zelfstandig kan werken;
- Oog voor detail en altijd op zoek naar verbeteringen;
- Nederlands en Engels spreken;
- Woonachtig in of rondom Amsterdam.

As Junior Hotel Manager you share responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our hotel. You make sure everything runs smoothly — from happy guests to a well-functioning team. You coordinate with colleagues, serve as the point of contact for housekeeping and suppliers, and keep quality sharp at all times. You’ll work with MEWS for planning and reporting. You don’t need to know everything yet — but you’re eager to learn, proactive, and you know how to get things done.
- Some relevant work experience, for example in hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing environment;
- Familiar with MEWS property management system;
- A go-getter with a good sense of humor and energy to match;
- A strong communicator who can work independently;
- An eye for detail and always looking for ways to improve;
- English is a must, Dutch is a plus;
- Living in or around Amsterdam.
