As a waitstaff member at Castelluccio, you are the face of our Italian restaurant. You ensure that guests have an unforgettable experience by providing excellent service. You take orders, serve dishes, check if the guests are having a pleasant evening, and ensure that guests feel welcome from the moment they enter until the moment they leave.
What does your evening at Castelluccio look like?
At 5:00 PM, you step into the restaurant. After a brief update with the team, you check your work area one last time for the evening. As the first guests arrive, you ensure they feel welcome immediately. You enthusiastically hand out menus and take orders.
Around dinnertime, the restaurant is buzzing: tables fill up, the kitchen is running at full speed, and you keep an overview. You take orders, check if your guests are having a good time, clear tables, clean, and set tables for the next guests. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that every guest has a wonderful evening. Between 21:00 and 22:00: Once the last coffees and desserts have been served, you help with clearing and setting the tables. You conclude the evening with a delicious Italian dinner. This way, you end the day with a feeling of satisfaction.

Job requirements:

- Guest focus is always your number one priority. In your work, you strive to ensure guests leave with a happy feeling. You are enthusiastic, have a positive attitude, are flexible in the workplace, think in solutions, and have a proactive work attitude.
- Extensive experience is not required; we offer training to learn how to work our way.
- You speak (basic) Dutch.
- Flexible availability from Wednesday through Sunday (especially on weekends) from 17:00 to 22:00.
- Available for at least 2 Saturdays per month and (partially) during public holidays.
