Als Supply Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planning van een deel van ons kaas portfolio om de verwachte performance (servicelevel, voorraad hoogte, derving) tegen de optimale kosten te realiseren.
Je verantwoordelijkheden:
In samenwerking met de commerciële organisatie wordt een goede inschatting van de vraag van de klant gemaakt.
Deze demand forecast vertaal je naar een productieplan of inkoopplan op artikelniveau zodat de juiste voorraad wordt aangestuurd.
Afwijkingen monitor je, analyseer je en volg je op, om het beste resultaat te leveren en afwijkingen in de toekomst te voorkomen.
Je weet pro-actief oplossingen te vinden en bij te dragen aan continue verbeteringen.

Je komt terecht in het Planning & S&OP team wat bestaat uit 19 collega’s met 2 focus gebieden: Hollandse Kaas en Internationale Kaas.
Het team van Planning & S&OP is onderdeel van de Supply Chain organisatie en werkt samen met bijna alle disciplines binnen Velder.
