Are you someone who enjoys working in a warehouse environment, has an eye for detail and likes being part of an international supply chain? We are looking for an accurate and proactive Supply Chain Operator who contributes to the smooth and compliant flow of medicines through our warehouse operations.

You will be based in Alkmaar and become part of the Preparation and Logistics Management team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager Operations. You will work closely with colleagues from Supply Chain, Repackaging, Production Planning and Quality Assurance, as well as with international colleagues and external logistics partners.
As part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, you contribute directly to ensuring medicines reach patients safely and efficiently.
Your main responsibilities
As Supply Chain Operator you are responsible for the daily warehouse activities under GMP and GDP regulations. Your work covers inbound logistics, inventory management, dispatch activities and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Your tasks include:
Receiving incoming goods and verifying products, documentation and FMD compliance;
Performing DCR activities and administrating products in the ERP system;
Managing inventory movements and maintaining accurate stock records;
Picking, packing and dispatching products, including preparing shipping documentation;
Coordinating deliveries and collections with transport partners, suppliers and internal stakeholders;
Handling returned goods and ensuring products are stored correctly and safely;
Fuel for your success in the role, we imagine you have:
MBO working and thinking level and preferably some experience in a warehouse, logistics or pharmaceutical environment;
Good verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English;
Experience working with MS Office applications and preferably ERP systems such as SAP or D365;
A proactive and flexible attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work demands;
