The role
The Area Sales Manager acts as Business Partner for our dealers and acts as the primary commercial interface between ZEEKR Netherlands and its dealer partners.
The role is responsible for steering the dealer's wholesale-to-retail conversion and maximizing retail sales performance. Acting as the single point of contact for all dealer-related business topics, the DBP has clear ownership of sales results, commercial execution, and 360-degree dealer performance management.
This is what you will do:
- Key Responsibilities – Dealer Commercial Management & Sales Performance
Own and drive retail sales performance across assigned dealers, ensuring achievement of volume, mix, and revenue targets
Set, track, and challenge dealer retail targets, including order intake, deliveries, and pipeline conversion
Single Point of Contact for Dealer Business
Coordinate dealer topics across internal stakeholders such as Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, Aftersales, and HQ
