With a team of consultants and regular construction partners, you provide advice on implementing sustainability measures for the current rental housing stock. You serve as the primary point of contact within this team and for the client, with whom you build a long-term relationship. You translate the client's strategy and framework into the best sustainability scenarios. Together with an architect and other consultants, you further develop the chosen scenario into a feasible and financially efficient sustainability plan.
Additionally, you coordinate the various permitting processes and maintain contact with other stakeholders. When your plan is put into execution, you act as a sounding board for the project manager and work planner. You organize improvement sessions in which you evaluate internal collaboration, as well as cooperation with our partners and the client.
