As a Commercial Manager, your full focus lies on strengthening and further developing existing collaborations; with no acquisition of new customers. You work with clients who already have a solid foundation, yet still offer significant growth potential. With your sharp commercial insight and strong sense for relationship management, you identify opportunities and know how to successfully capitalize on them. You navigate effortlessly across different levels within customer organizations and build long‑term relationships that are both commercially and strategically valuable.
You carry end‑to‑end responsibility for the commercial development of your accounts and actively steer on growth, results, and customer satisfaction. Together with internal teams, you ensure that commercial agreements are clear, communication is transparent, and expectations are met. You act as a key link between the customer and the organization, ensuring alignment on strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
Internally, you work closely with the Customer Service and Commercial Control teams. You ensure clear coordination, safeguard responsibilities, and contribute to structural improvements within the organization. When challenges arise, you address them professionally by involving the right people quickly and communicating clearly about both the issue and the solution. You maintain control without becoming operationally responsible yourself.
