What You’ll Do
Campaign Development & Execution
Own the end-to-end journey of brand campaigns from concept to execution and optimization, ensuring a seamless and impactful delivery.
You will:
Lead the development and rollout of 360° campaigns across all our channels (owned, earned and paid)
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and with excellence in execution
Manage campaign calendars, deliverables, and timelines across channels and markets
Cross-functional Collaboration
Act as the key connector across teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the campaign lifecycle.
You will:
Collaborate closely with creative, channel and country teams
Brief and guide internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns to life
Align all stakeholders to ensure one clear, consistent and inspiring campaign story across all touchpoints
Performance & Optimization
Continuously improve campaigns by leveraging data, insights, and learnings.
You will:
With the teams define and monitor campaign KPIs and success metrics
Track and evaluate campaign performance across channels in order to implement improvements and optimizations
Share learnings and identify opportunities to strengthen campaign relevance and impact
What We’re Looking For
Experience
Around 4–7 years of experience in marketing or campaign management, preferably within fashion, retail or lifestyle
Proven experience leading integrated campaigns from concept to execution
Experience working across multiple channels (owned, earned & paid)
Experience in an international organization is a plus
Skills & Profile
A strong project manager with end-to-end ownership mindset
Creative thinker with a talent for storytelling and campaign development
Highly collaborative with excellent stakeholder management skills
Commercially driven and data-aware, able to balance creativity with results
Organized and detail-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about branding and consumer centricity
