We are an international company specializing in agricultural machinery attachments, including tractor-mounted mowers, wood chippers and other implements. We are looking for a local Technical Customer Support Specialist to support our customers in the Netherlands, Germany and other European markets. Our US shop website for reference :www.farmry.com
Your responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers(online sales) before and after purchase
- Answer customer questions by phone, email and online communication channels
- Help customers select the right machine attachment based on their tractor specifications
- Explain product installation, operation and maintenance requirements
- Communicate customer technical issues with our engineering team in China
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and basic repairs when needed
- Collect customer feedback and help improve our products and service
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch and English, good German communication skills
- Technical background in agricultural machinery, tractors, automotive, mechanical engineering or similar fields
- Ability to understand mechanical systems
- Basic repair and maintenance skills
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Willingness to occasionally visit customers if required
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with tractors or agricultural equipment
- Knowledge of PTO systems, hydraulic systems and three-point linkage
- Experience in machinery sales, dealership or repair service
