�� Job Summary
We are an emerging online sales company serving the Benelux region and Germany. To strengthen our customer support and technical coordination, we are looking for an Agricultural Equipment Service Technician.
This role covers both pre-sales and after-sales support: you will help customers select suitable tractor attachments based on their needs, assist our service team in diagnosing equipment faults, and perform basic repairs when necessary. You will work closely with our service center, warehouse, and e-commerce operations team to ensure a smooth experience for customers from order placement through to after-sales service.
�� Key Responsibilities
l Respond to pre-sales and after-sales inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
l Support sales by providing product information, preparing quotations, and assisting with order processing
l Advise customers on selecting the right implements according to tractor specifications
l Assist with troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, repairs, warranty claims, and parts identification
l Coordinate repairs, replacements, and logistics arrangements with the service team
l Process service tickets, RMA requests, and order adjustments to maintain accurate CRM and service records
l Deliver timely and reliable support to build strong, long-term customer relationships
✅ Requirements
l Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in agricultural equipment, machinery service, or technical customer support
l Solid understanding of tractor attachments and basic mechanical principles
l Fluency in Dutch, German, and English (both written and spoken)
l Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
l Ability to prioritize and handle multiple service cases simultaneously
l Experience with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and standard order management platforms
l Preferred: Experience with SAP and warehouse management systems
