To strengthen our production team in the Netherlands, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Production Technologist who enjoys improving production processes and contributing to technological innovation in a modern manufacturing environment.

Your responsibilities
As a Production Technologist, you will:
- Optimise and continuously improve production processes;
- Monitor production performance and identify improvement opportunities;
- Maintain and update technical documentation;
- Support the day-to-day operational management of production;
- Collaborate closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and other departments;
- Help implement new technologies and process improvements;
- Ensure production is carried our efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards.
What we're looking for
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related technical field;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues;
- Proactive attitude and sense of responsibility;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Experience in a manufacturing or process industry is preferred;
- Leadership potential or previous supervisory experience is considered a plus.
