Intercel Group is a leading supplier of batteries and power solutions across a wide range of industries. From electric golf carts to telecom companies, you would be surprised where our powerfull batteries are used. For our Haarlem location, we are looking for reinforcement to support our ambitious growth.
As a Logistics Employee, you will work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You are responsible for the entire warehouse process, from picking and packing orders to preparing shipments and transport. You will work extensively with computer systems: creating packing slips, registering shipments, and processing orders. Speed and accuracy are essential.
You will work in a combination of a production and trading warehouse, meaning you handle a wide variety of products. The job is therefore both varied and physically demanding. You will handle small components, such as screws, as well as larger and heavier packages.
You will also operate a forklift and reach truck to move goods efficiently. Loading and unloading trucks and containers is part of your daily work, ensuring everything is placed correctly.
You will be working in a modern, newly built facility with a large warehouse, together with a friendly and dedicated team.
- Picking and packing orders
- Creating packing slips and processing orders in the system
- Preparing shipments for dispatch
- Registering shipments with carriers
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers
- Operating a forklift and reach truck
- Experience working in a logistics environment
- Experience with EPT, forklift and/or reach truck (if your certificate has expired, you can renew it through us)
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Accurate and stress-resistant
- Good physical condition
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- A salary between €2,700 and €3,200 gross per month (based on full-time)

- A full-time position with fixed working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (starting earlier is possible)
