As a Maintenance Controller at Nayak Aircraft Services, you are at the center of daily maintenance operations. You act as the main point of contact for airline customers and their MOC, ensure clear and efficient communication, manage shift planning, and coordinate the technical services team in a fast-paced, international aviation environment.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating the daily technical operation:

Assigning and scheduling employees, taking into account:
- Customer flight schedules;
- Employee qualifications;
- Maintenance priorities.

Ensuring that work is carried out within the specified timeframes;

Dispatching Engineers to call-ins;
-
Monitoring daily planning;
-
Responsible for Events and Work Orders in our ERP system, AMOS;

Maintaining an overview of planning, logistics, and technical work preparation;

Developing and preparing larger work packages, also on a project basis;

Duties are performed in a rotating shift schedule consisting of day and evening shifts.
- HBO level of working and thinking (higher professional education);

Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written;

You are residing in the Netherlands and eligible to work in the European Union;

Knowledge of aviation technology is an advantage, but not a requirement;
-
You are a fast thinker, with the ability to listen and make timely decisions, sometimes based on incomplete information;

You set high standards for yourself and others, while maintaining a balance with the interests of Nayak;
