Production Operator – Opportunity to Grow

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Day Shift)
About Us
We are a growing manufacturing company based in De Lier, specialising in private label power tool accessories for customers throughout Europe. We pride ourselves on quality, reliability and providing excellent service to our customers.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our team.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are exactly the same. You will be working as part of our production team preparing customer orders to a high standard.
Your duties will include:
- Printing and laser marking products
- Packing products into customer packaging
- Preparing and checking production orders
- Quality checking finished products
- Using our computer system to update production information
- Keeping your work area clean and organised
- Working closely with the Production Manager to ensure customer orders are completed on time
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
- Is reliable and takes pride in their work
- Has good basic computer skills
- Is accurate and pays attention to detail
- Enjoys practical, hands-on work
- Is organised and able to follow procedures
- Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
- Speaks English (Dutch is an advantage but not essential)
Previous production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential. We are happy to train the right person.
