Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall performance of your team in terms of output, quality, safety, and behavior.
- Coaching and developing employees on technical, personal, and professional levels.
- Achieving reliable production output within agreed quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Monitoring feasible production and capacity planning and making timely adjustments when needed.
- Analyzing KPIs, production data, and operational results to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and professional work environment where employees can develop themselves.
- Acting as a connecting link between production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and management.

As a Supervisor Operations, you maintain an overview, set the right priorities, and ensure that safety, quality, and productivity remain at a high level. You are visible on the shop floor, develop your team, and play an important role in improvements and growth, such as building new teams and expanding production activities for existing and new customers.
