About the role
As Project / Delivery Manager, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of infrastructure and energy projects with strong performance commitments (Quality, Cost & Delivery).
The role combines strategic oversight with operational leadership, working closely with international engineering teams and key stakeholders across the Energy & Transport sectors.
Your main responsibilities include:

Leading and coordinating multiple technical projects within energy systems, electrification, mobility, or infrastructure

Ensuring delivery according to QCD targets and contractual commitments

Managing international and multidisciplinary engineering teams

Driving planning, resource allocation, and financial tracking

Identifying and mitigating operational and regulatory risks

Acting as the key client interface and leading governance meetings

Monitoring KPIs, project performance, and profitability

Supporting bid preparation and technical proposals
